Job Description:
- Plan, organize, and supervise the project direction of used car sales website development, and ensure the project runs according to the set schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate the development team, ensure that each team member carries out their duties and responsibilities, and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the smooth running of the project.
- Ensuring periodic monitoring and evaluation of project progress, identifying risks, and overcoming obstacles so that the project runs smoothly towards achieving the predetermined goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably majoring in Business Management/Information Engineering/Information Systems/Computer Engineering/Information Management or related fields with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- At least 7 years of overall work experience in planning, organizing, supervising, monitoring, and evaluation of projects, including budgeting and securing quality standards.
- Proficient in Agile Methodology, Scrum Framework, Facilitation, Communication, Conflict Resolution, Coaching
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work in office (location: Jakarta)
