These new locations are designed to enhance our customer experience by being even closer to them, facilitating multi-lingual and scalable talent availability, enable standardization of processes all while supporting our customers’ growing needs.
As a Site Office Management Assistant for GSC Mexico you’ll play a vital role in being a strategic partner and one stop solution for all administration related activities. You will be part of this journey by providing initiatives across site in line with the group priorities and support to services involving office logistics and office maintenance, towards effective cost management. By joining the Site Office Management team, you will be responsible for the development of a strategic partnering to all administration solutions.

Key responsibilities:
Cost Leadership:
  • Forecast and manage site budgets.
  • Work with cost leadership mindset and drive initiatives towards these.
General Administration:
  • Proactively manage Soft Services.
  • Proactively manage Engineering services.
  • Lead a diverse team to deliver on below keeping the employee at centre of everything:
  • Soft Services
  • Engineering Services
  • Employee Transport
  • Travel
  • Cafeteria Management
  • Event Management
  • Misc. administrative services
We are looking for:
  • Listens carefully and provides the required solution.
  • Expertise in Facility Management, Technical Knowledge and Travel Management.
  • Creates a culture with systems and processes that enable cross-functional teamwork.
Required Experience & Domain Knowledge:
  • Extensive experience in managing administration in an MNC.
  • Understand complexities of facilities and admin strategy and its integration with various disciplines.
  • Communication and negotiations skills.
Primary internal stakeholders
  • Employees, SOM Lead, Site leaders.
Primary external stakeholders
  • FM partners, Travel Partners, Event and Cafeteria Partner, Landlords
